NABH is not liable for loss or misuse due to unauthorised access resulting from user negligence.

- Programme Registration and ParticipationNABH offers a variety of training and educational programmes. Key participation terms include:
- Registration is compulsory and only confirmed upon full payment.
- Seats are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Each registration is individual and non-transferable.
- Full participation is required to receive any certificate.
- NABH reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel programmes if
necessary.
Changes to the format, faculty, or schedule will be communicated in advance to registered participants via their provided contact details.
- Programme Completion Certification
- Participants must attend the full programme and, if applicable, complete assessments to be eligible for a certificate.
- Certificates are issued digitally unless otherwise stated.
- NABH reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of incomplete participation or misconduct.
- Participation in training does not guarantee NABH accreditation or certification of your organisation.
- Payment TermsAll payments for training, certification, or other NABH services must be made through the official NABH portal. Terms include:
- All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
- Invoices will be generated upon successful registration.
- NABH is not liable for payments made via unofficial links, agents, or third-party platforms.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to verify programme details and fee amounts before making the payment.
- Refund & Cancellation PolicyNABH maintains a transparent, no-refund policy unless the event is cancelled by NABH.
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No shifting to future batches or substitutions of participants is allowed.
- In the rare case of NABH cancelling a programme, registered participants will be
eligible for:- A full refund (processed as per NABH’s internal timelines), or
- Rescheduling into a future batch, based on availability.
Note: NABH is not obligated to honour refund requests arising from personal schedule conflicts, errors in registration, or withdrawal from a programme post-registration.
- Privacy and Data UseNABH collects only essential data required for operational and statutory purposes. It collects, stores, and processes personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable data protection and privacy laws.
- Personal data may be collected through registration forms, applications, communications, or interactions with NABH’s services. Such data will be used strictly for purposes including programme delivery, certification, accreditation, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, service improvement, and relevant communication with participants and stakeholders.
- Personal data will not be sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to unauthorised third parties. However, NABH may share personal data with service providers, partners, regulators, or government authorities where necessary for the fulfilment of services, compliance with legal obligations, or protection of NABH’s legitimate interests.
- Appropriate technical and organisational measures have been implemented to protect the confidentiality and security of your information/personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- You agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with the privacy policy. By providing personal data, you consent to its collection, processing, and retention by NABH in accordance with this clause/Privacy Policy/applicable law.
- You have the right to request access, correction, updating, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable laws or legal requirements for data retention. However, unless prohibited by applicable laws, NABH may retain some information to prevent fraud, fix troubleshooting problems, assist with any investigations, enforce its Terms of Use, and/or comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

NABH do not share, sell, or rent your data to external parties for commercial gain. NABH may share limited data with official trainers or partners under confidentiality arrangements.
- Communications and ConsentBy registering for NABH services, you consent to receive communications via:
- SMS
- WhatsApp (if applicable)
- Phone calls (for time-sensitive updates)
These may include schedule updates, payment confirmations, technical instructions, or important announcements. You may opt out of marketing emails, but operational communication will continue as long as your registration is active.
- Use of NABH Name or Logo
- No individual, organisation, or partner is permitted to use the NABH name, logo, certification mark, or identity for promotional purposes without written authorisation.
- Any unauthorised or misleading use of NABH credentials may result in,
disqualification from services, block-listing, and the legal action in the nature of civil, criminal, or other legal proceedings as applicable.
- Prohibited ConductYou agree that you shall not, whether directly or indirectly, engage in any conduct that is unlawful, unauthorised, fraudulent, or harmful in connection with the use of NABH’s website, content, or services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Impersonating any person, organisation, or representative of NABH, or misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or authority in any form.
- Misusing, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publishing, or otherwise exploiting any copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary content of NABH without prior written consent.

- Liability DisclaimerThe National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH), its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, or reputational damage) arising from or in connection with:
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content, materials, or information provided on the website, in training programmes, or in any related communications.
- Temporary or permanent service interruptions, technical failures, or unavailability of the website, online platforms, or programme delivery mechanisms, regardless of cause.
- Any reliance on training content, materials, or programme outcomes, including but not limited to non-achievement of accreditation, certification, employment, or professional advancement.
- Delays, errors, or non-issuance of certificates due to administrative, technical, or other operational reasons.
- Acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party service providers, vendors, trainers, or partners engaged in connection with NABH services or programmes.
- Any event beyond NABH’s reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, cyberattacks, pandemics, or government actions.
All NABH services, content, training materials, and resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Legal JurisdictionThese Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, participation in any programmes, or the services of NABH, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The courts at New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising from or related to these Terms, and you hereby irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction. You expressly waive and agree not to raise any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
- Changes to TermsNABH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or update these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without prior individual notice. Such revisions may be made to reflect, without limitation:
