This interactive workshop is designed to build capacity among healthcare professionals to carry out effective clinical audits that directly lead to improved patient outcomes and safety. The course balances theory with practical exercises, offering participants a hands-on opportunity to develop the skills required to lead, manage, and report clinical audits within their institutions.

Through case studies from ICUs, Operating Rooms (ORs), and wards, participants will explore current quality benchmarks and gain insights into real-world auditing practices. The programme aims to bridge the gap between intention and implementation when it comes to quality improvement via audits.
