Programme on Implementation (POI) of NABH 6th Edition Standards for Hospitals
The Programme on Implementation (POI) is a flagship training initiative by NABH aimed at enabling hospitals to effectively implement the latest NABH 6th Edition Standards. Over a span of three days, the training covers all chapters of the standards, with detailed discussions on quality protocols, documentation requirements, and practical strategies to meet compliance.
This programme is designed not only to prepare organisations for accreditation but also to embed a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety within the healthcare delivery system.
The primary objective of this training is to develop a cadre of Internal Counsellors within hospitals who can guide their institutions through the implementation, documentation, and compliance processes of the NABH 6th Edition Standards. By the end of the programme, participants will have:

- Insights into real-world application of quality protocols
- Skills to identify gaps and initiate quality improvement
